Customer service excellence... is our minimum standard. Our commitment to world class support for our clients shines brightly at every opportunity to serve. Our dedicated support team issues support tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for each client request through Oryx Task Manager (left), our proprietary support tracking software, and meticulously documents each step from discovery to resolution. All support requests are submitted to a triage queue at support@papugai.com and each request gets a timely reply with an acknowledgment and ticket number for tracking purposes.

The support queue is prioritized into three categories, i.e., outages, bugs, and work items, in that order, and all issues within these categories are resolved quickly and efficiently on a first-come, first-served basis.

I looked at the calendar this week and it suddenly hit me... We've been doing this for 20 years. 20 YEARS? Man... That means every time I tell a story about the 1980's (the decade we started all this), I have to stop and realize that roughly half of our professional staff were still in grade school or perhaps not even that.
